- Training: Conduct regular workshops on posing, runway techniques, and professional etiquette, led by experienced industry mentors.
- Portfolio Building: Partner with a network of top photographers and stylists to create high-quality, professional portfolios that showcase each model’s unique appeal.
- Mentorship: Assign a dedicated agent to each model to provide personalized career guidance, emotional support, and industry insights.
Execution
Deliverables & Timeline (Year 1):
- Month 1-3 (Foundation): Objective: Establish the agency's core infrastructure and initial talent roster. Deliverables: Finalize brand identity and website. Host the first open casting call. Sign the first 5-10 models. Establish a network of 3-5 partner photographers/stylists.
- Month 4-6 (Growth): Objective: Begin securing client work and building the agency's market presence. Deliverables: Secure at least 3 client bookings for signed models. Launch a consistent social media content plan (minimum of 3 posts per week). Host a networking event with a target of 15 industry attendees. Sign an additional 5-7 models.
- Month 7-12 (Expansion): Objective: Solidify the agency's reputation and expand its reach. Deliverables: Secure at least 10 new client bookings, including one with a major brand. Double social media followers and engagement. Successfully placed one model in an international campaign. Achieve a 100% retention rate for the initial talent roster.
